Meet our founders
Brad is a principal and co-founder of M&G Solutions. Brad has spent 25+ years leading organizations across numerous verticals both on the client and supplier side of the business. Brad is highly skilled at building and driving customer centric processes that ensure a high level of performance and customer experience for his partners.
During his 12 years at Capital One, Brad’s focus was primarily in the operations space focused on several products including bank card, auto, and mobility portfolios. His last five years at Capital One were spent assisting the company in a supply chain management leadership role. During that timeframe, Brad was directly involved in the operational outsourcing strategy creation, selection of partners, and the ongoing management of Capital One’s extended enterprise. The supply chain role provided him the unique ability to work in both the Canadian and US market place for Capital One.
Following Capital One, Brad has held many executive level positions with the largest BPO companies in world such as Teleperformance and iQor as well as smaller boutique type companies such as Bill Gosling Outsourcing and Affinity Global where he served as the organization’s President.
Brad currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and children. When not traveling the country for business, Brad is known as a sports fanatic who loves to spend time with family and friends.
Michael is a principal and co-founder of M&G Solutions. Michael has spent 16+ years in executive and leadership positions within the financial services industry. He has a true passion for leading operational and support teams across multiple asset and product types with extensive experience in credit card and unsecured installment products.
During his four years at Prosper Marketplace, the first US peer-to-peer lender, Michael built and managed all day to day operations of the collections and recovery departments. Michael’s responsibility included development and oversight of all risk strategies including operational execution, outsourcing strategy, regulatory and compliance oversight, back office processes, and debt sale strategy. Late in his tenure, Michael’s responsibilities expanded to include all outsourcing areas including Customer Service and Verification processes.
Prior to joining Prosper, Michael led US Operations for a Bill Gosling Outsourcing. Responsibilities included the P&L ownership for the US company, development and oversight of call center operations, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and relationship ownership for all partners. Michael led operations teams focused across multiple delinquency levels and verticals.
In his 7 years at Barclaycard US, Michael's managed operations teams and strategy for both internal and external solutions. This included both domestic and offshore operations.
Michael lives in New Jersey with his wife and daughter and has a love for running (no more than a half marathon), wine and the occasional round of golf.
